Nebula Brew develops games for release on Steam. Distribution rights are licensed to Valve Corporation through Steamworks: Valve sells the games on Steam and pays Nebula Brew a share of the revenue as royalties.

This website shows Nebula Brew's games and links to their Steam pages. It has no checkout and does not take payments or orders.

Nebula Brew also publishes and co-develops games with selected developers, offering Steam and store setup and hands-on development assistance, agreed project by project.

Privacy

The operator named above is the controller for the personal data described here.

When you get in touch

If you email or call, your name, contact details and what you write or say are used to reply and to handle your enquiry, including any work that follows from it. The legal basis is the operator's legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps you ask for before a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). Email is handled by Google (Gmail). Messages are kept for as long as the conversation and any resulting work or legal obligations need them.

When you visit the site

The site is delivered by bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia). To deliver pages and keep the service secure, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. Fonts and scripts are served from the site itself. Nothing is stored on your device. The "Play in browser" preview runs in your browser and sends nothing back.

Links to Steam lead to Valve's website, where Valve's own privacy policy applies.
